Our Purpose
We develop the materials and construction needed to turn your specification or sample into a manufactured product. Before series production, we present the prototype for your review.
We combine textile manufacturing with our own metal and plastic component production at one facility. This allows us to address the fabric and fittings as parts of the same product.
OUR VISION
We aim to develop our use of digital 3D modelling and prototyping in product development. Our focus is on advancing textile design alongside our in-house component manufacturing.
OUR MISSION
We manufacture tactical and protective textile equipment for military, law enforcement and civilian use. We inspect products against acceptance criteria, from stitching through assembly, and do not approve those that fail to meet them.

Production Under One Roof
We manage patterns, cutting, sewing, assembly, inspection and packing at one facility. You work with one manufacturer across these stages.
In-House Components
We manufacture metal components in-house. Our TT-branded plastic buckles and locks are produced in the requested dimensions and colours.
From Specification to Product
Your specification, sample or concept forms the basis of our design work. We present a prototype for your review before series production.
Acceptance Criteria
We inspect stitching, fabric, accessories and assembly against acceptance criteria. Products that do not meet those criteria are not approved.
Our Certifications
We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, together with a Ministry of National Defence approved supplier certificate.
Where We Are Now
MARKET REACH
For domestic institutional buyers, we handle product sourcing alongside order processing and dispatch. For overseas orders, we prepare the export documentation and arrange shipment.
OUR FACILITY
We bring design, manufacturing and testing together at our 5,000 m² indoor facility in Avcılar, Istanbul. You work with one manufacturer throughout these stages.
Sewing Workshop
We bring together the parts cut on our Lectra automatic cutting system in our sewing workshop. During assembly, we fit the sewn sections with their components.
Metalworking and Plastic Production
We manufacture metal components at our own facility to supply the parts used in our textile products. We also produce plastic buckles and locks under our TT brand in the requested dimensions and colours.
Quality Control Line
Our quality control covers fabric, stitching, accessories and assembly. We approve a product only when these checks confirm that it meets the acceptance criteria.
Warehouse
We provide secure, short-term storage for packed products before dispatch. Storage is managed alongside order processing and shipping arrangements.
