Who We Are
At Tarpa Tekstil, we manufacture textile equipment along with its component parts. Our in-house metal and plastic production supports products ranging from tactical vests to carry bags.
We begin with your specification, sample product or concept. Before moving to series production, we present the prototype for your review.
Products by Application
We manufacture plate carriers and tactical vests for military use. We also supply riot control equipment for law enforcement and outdoor and camping products for civilian users.

What We Offer
Our services cover product development, export and sourcing. We also advise customers setting up their own production lines.
Manufacturing
We handle production in-house, from pattern preparation to packing. Parts cut on our Lectra system are sewn and assembled into finished products.
Export and Sourcing
We source products and manage domestic and international dispatch. Our export service includes preparation of the shipping documentation.
Consultancy
We help source machinery, equipment and raw materials for production lines. This support extends to training in production processes and machine operation.

Production Under One Roof

In-House Components
We manufacture metal components in-house. Our TT-branded plastic buckles and locks are produced in the requested dimensions and colours.
From Specification to Product
Your specification, sample or concept forms the basis of our design work. We present a prototype for your review before series production.
Acceptance Criteria
We inspect stitching, fabric, accessories and assembly against acceptance criteria. Products that do not meet those criteria are not approved.

We hold ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications, together with a Ministry of National Defence approved supplier certificate.
Our Facility
At our 5,000 m² facility, the same team manufactures both the textile equipment and the components for your order.
Our facility brings together cutting, sewing, metalworking and plastic production. Work passes between our own units from component preparation through assembly, followed by quality control and packing.
We provide short-term storage for finished products awaiting dispatch.
